We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in compliance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and, where it applies to visitors in the EU/UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what we collect across both websites, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out beforehand.

Some providers above are located outside Thailand and the EU/UK (mainly the USA and Asia). When we transfer your data internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the providers’ recognised certification/adequacy frameworks, or your consent, as the PDPA and GDPR permit.

• Lead, subscriber, enquiry and marketing records: kept while you remain an active contact and for 24 months after your last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.
• Comments: kept while published; removed on request.
• Records we must keep by law (e.g., accounting/tax): for the period required by Thai law.
• You may ask us to delete your data sooner — see Your Rights.

Subject to the conditions in the PDPA and GDPR, you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to (including direct marketing), or request portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email boydweerawat@boydwee.com. We will respond within the legally required time (generally within 30 days).

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), Thailand (pdpc.or.th), or, for EU/UK visitors, your local data-protection supervisory authority.

Both sites are intended for adults / professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Under the PDPA, where a data subject is a minor (under 20 and not sui juris), consent-based processing requires a parent/guardian’s consent; under the GDPR the threshold is 16 (or lower per member state). If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (access controls, encryption in transit, reputable processors) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No internet transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our measures regularly.

D1. BoydWee Insurance content & calculators

• Content and calculators are for general education and illustration only and are not a recommendation to buy any specific product.
• Premiums, cash values and benefits shown by any calculator are preliminary estimates based on standard published rates and assumptions. Actual figures are determined solely by the insurer’s official sales illustration and policy documents and may differ.
• Investment/compounding comparisons assume hypothetical rates of return that are not guaranteed; assumed returns do not predict future results.
• Insurance products referred to (e.g., AIA and others) are underwritten by their respective insurers. Weerawat Kakpetch / BoydWee is not the insurer and does not guarantee any product, rate, approval, or outcome.
• Licensing: Weerawat Kakpetch is a life-insurance agent/broker licensed by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), Thailand. Applications are submitted to, and policies underwritten by, the relevant licensed insurer, in accordance with OIC rules.

D2. Gusornhai Hotel revenue-management content

• All articles, frameworks, tools, templates and examples are for general education only and are not professional, business, financial, legal, or tax advice for your specific property.
• Hotel performance depends on many factors outside our control (market, season, competition, execution). We make no guarantee of any revenue, RevPAR, occupancy, profit or other result from applying the content.
• Examples, figures and benchmarks are illustrative and may not reflect your market. You are responsible for your own commercial decisions.

• Intellectual property: all content, tools, downloads, and branding are owned by Weerawat Kakpetch or its licensors. You may share links and brief quotes with attribution, but may not republish, resell or reproduce substantial portions without written permission.
• Acceptable use: use the sites lawfully; do not misuse, scrape at scale, post unlawful/infringing comments, or attempt to disrupt them. We may remove comments and restrict access at our discretion.
• Third-party links: we may link to or mention third-party sites/products we do not control and are not responsible for; mentions are not endorsements unless stated.
• Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, the sites and their content are provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on them.
• Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
